    Anyone have fun plans this weekend?

    I am totally cleaning and getting ready for holiday junk. Not enough hours in the day!

    I was hoping to get the holiday tree up before Halloween but didn't happen. lol

    This year we are doing a black tree with all Halloween theme decorations! I have the Nightmare Before Xmas village, it's super cute with lights etc. And I am going to set it up under the tree. I started making some decorations, some bone garlands and skull things. Should be cool. Have to put this all on a big round table so my 2 year old doesn't get to it.

    So maybe I will get that done this weekend. Exciting huh?

      I wish I did but I'm stuck home with a sinus infection

      You can find a lot of that Halloween stuff now with 70% off, my wife said she wants a big Christmas tree to put in front of our window to display. Not sure where were going to store it when Christmas is over though...

So I figured what we are going to do is a Halloween or dark themed tree (think Tim Burton) and we can just put it up before Halloween and leave it up the rest of the year.

It all comes and goes so fast anyway, I think it would be much easier to decorate one time in October, and leave the shit up til January. I don't have time for all this holiday a month crap.

                                                                  I also have a couple of those really cool village house sets. A Nightmare Before Xmas one, and the Rudolph Xmas one, they all light up really cool so figured set them all up maybe.
