E-Smoking is smoother and 1% as risky as smoking. After being on the e-cig and off of cigarettes for a few days, you'll gag and puke if you try to smoke a real cigarette. Within a few weeks, you'll breathe better and have more energy. Nicotine IS a vasoconstrictor and is NOT good for you, but you can think of the e-cig as a "clean delivery device". If you WERE going to do the herion you're talking about, would you prefer a needle 20 addicts just passed around OR a brand new one?

The combustion process is what generates all of the carcinogens.

Governments, especially in the states, they're REAL upset by revenue loss. Tobacco revenue is HUGE and RELIABLE. They WILL kill YOU to keep that revenue. They've made outlandish claims about nicotine vaporizers being unsafe. Just ridiculous claims. Our FDA is openly IN BED with big tobacco and they have STOLEN shipments of electronic cigarettes.

Most e-cig "kits" are exceedingly overpriced junk. Watch what you buy and where you get it from. You will be fine. Most people need strong 24mg-36mg e-juice AT FIRST... I came off of a 1-2 pack a day Newport 100s addiction with 24mg juice. NOW I use 6mg juice and have zero interest in smoking.

At first you probably will need strong juice, and you will use the e-cig a-lot. After you transition to the e-cig you will use it less and less.
