All nations look at all other nations the same.
It's about national economic, military and political interests, nothing more.
This is why 2,000,000 people were butchered in Rwanda with not a single nation stepping in to stop it as the ENTIRE WORLD watched it happen. Rwanda has nothing that anyone wanted.
