                This is in the affiliate area. I've also been told, by their rep, they will be completely out of Usenet in the next 6 months.

                For legal reasons, we're having to pull our celebrity video and image groups. If you have links to these sections, your traffic will be redirected to our "Best Of" video group. As you know, SkinVideo is slowly moving away from USENET. This is yet another step we're making towards a 100% licensed model. Keep an eye on this section, as I'll always note when we're removing specific USENET groups. Thank you for understanding!

                    They were already saying that a year and a half ago.

                    Hell, a year ago, I made a thread about them having CP on their front page. In that thread, their rep said that that was "exactly why they were getting away from Usenet".

                                    they will never move away from usenet, you know why?

                                    here's why.

                                    none of the studios with the dope content will license to them. if you notice all of the content that says professsional on it is the stuff thats licensed. its old as the hills and all over the internet already. shit most of it is sold out by brokers now. they're customers will not stay on that site and rebill if they don't keep the leeched stuff from usenet.

                                    they would just be another site with licensed content if they didn't have the draw that they get from usenet.

                                    content is king.

                                    many many many of the vod sites out there now have the exact same studios that they do. i can go on for days about these guys.

                                    they're day is coming. all in good time.
