Face it Pork is the ultimate meat. All parts are edible and well look at everything that is made from pork. Sausages, chops, loins, BACON, fat back, cracklins, cured italian meats, hams, and the list can go on and on. Hell I even love the ham hocks and other parts. Though I am not to down with the pickled pigs feet, I will eat just about every other part.Comment

I am into all the meats listed except kobe and or Wagyu (if you think you had kobe in the US). I like buffallo a great deal, I like boar (oops thats pork), I like bear, I life all sorts of fish, I like crustations, I like lamb, I like chicken, frog, mudbugs, emu, crocodile, snake and what not. Yet pork still remains at the top.
Damn it now I want pork ribs, and even though I have some in the freezer I do not have the 6 to 8 hours to cook them
PS what America has done to the pig is shamefull. Cutting the fat out, damn you all! Thankfully my pork comes from a local farmer who still has the old school pigs that are full of fat.Comment
