SCAM SOFTWARE!: Quality Unit- Post Affiliate Pro

A few months ago i have invested in a new Affiliate Program and several partnerships. We needed certain tools for our program that NATS does not offer so we ended up tracking down another Tracking Software that would fit our needs. Post Affiliate Pro is supposed to be an "award-winning" affiliate software designed to empower or establish your affiliate program. Post Affiliate Pro is easy-to-use, and easy to set up to manage your own affiliate program.

Now here is where shit started hitting the fan: I got the software installed on my server as guided in the directions they have online and through live support.. Now they do have solutions you can use to integrate with your billing yourself.. But I'm pretty sure it doesn't work as i have hired 2 people from GFY to have a look and fix the tracking who do this work all day long.. Both failed to do so and they ended up refunding me.. So the company offers a integrate service for an extra 199$.. Now keep in mind i have already spent 400$+ on the unlimited license software w a few ad on tools that would benefit our program.

They have a 30 day refund policy.. It's been well over that since i have paid all the money. I have demanded they put me in direct contact with a Developer with the company over Skype or any live chat or CEO and they pretty much told me to fuck off after i have paid without helping me fix the issue or even use the product i paid for!! Questions keep being asked that are not relevant to the problem at all and keep giving me online or over the phone excuses for not refunding my money. Either " I'm sorry we do not have any Developers online at this time or we don't have Developers working on the weekends or holidays or they will open a ticket and someone will email me shortly. The support i am speaking with are from Slovakia where ever the hell that is.. They Email me questions or facts about the software that look like were pasted to make it look like they did something. DO NOT WORK WITH THE COMPANY THEY ARE A FUCKING SCAM AND DISGRACE TO THE BUSINESS WORLD!!! They are #1 on Google and their software they sell does not even work!!!

I got fucked for $500 by JMBsoft and haven't made a thread, you know why? because when you are trying to save a few bucks on important things like scripts don't act all surprised when it ends up biting you in the ass and you then you pay 2x, 1 for the original software and 1 for the cheap shit you have no use for.

Write it off as a loss (and a lesson) and move on.

Yes, but the money is not a problem. It's along the lines of they have a Million Dollar company with a software and product that does not work or exist. Hopefully the next person who plans on buying their shit that doesn't exist searches on Google and reads this thread about the offshore software scam company.

Oh and i forgot to mention this: Apparently they have more than 15,000 clients who use their software but deny me access to view a program online that is currently working with them.. If only they would help me fix mine and their shit i would be happy. Yet they don't and won't.

If you read about them, they sound like the real deal. But they are only a big scam. I'm not sure about their other products, but i would advise anyone and everyone to stay the fuck away from them. And if i could take them to court i will.

So it matters if you pay 5k for something and they dont deliver, or if you pay 500 for something and they dont deliver?

I never could understand that. For some 500 is a lot, for others 500,000 is a lot.

Either way, people who sell stuff and promise things should deliver. No matter what the pricetag is.

Yes, and I'm fucking pissed i got scammed from the looks of it.

They are pretty much a professional scamming company from the point of view i am at now. I just Googled Slovakia scammers and I'm reading similar scam products which kind of relate to the scheme Quality Unit is pulling with me/us.

Now when this post get's some traffic ( as i hope it will ) I'm going to send this to the live support to pass on to who ever owns the company.. Maybe i can get though that way. I want to make it clear to them that i have a lot of man power behind me in my business and will not hesitate to have a few thousand people make 2 ads on the internet each explaining what happened and how our business transaction went..

Please fill in my request and fix my shit or refund every dollar i spent on your products Qualityunit.

Sorry to hear about this. This one www.idevdirect.com may be a good solution for you too. Just started my affiliate program last month with this aff softwear and i am very happy with it. No major problems at all.
PS: the amerinoc hosting company use them also to their affiliate program!

Add PG Newsletter to the list of software that doesn't work for shit. If you try and import a list bigger than 5k emails you get screwed... at around 6k it starts really eating ram and by the time you get to 15-18k it has used 6GB of ram because of the stupid progress bar thing.

When you spend a flat $200 (or $500, or $1000) on a software package, this is typically what you are going to get. No one can financially justify providing quality lifetime support for a product at those rates.

I know he quit updating the scripts, but he still does support.

January 23, 2009 I have never felt moved to write a review of a software company prior to now. But those guys at Quality Unit rank on the bottom as far as customer service. I purchased post affiliate pro 3 back in October. It is now January and still haven’t been able to get it to work. Their service is terrible. They respond days and weeks later with criptic talk that doesn’t address your question.

I have offered to pay them to get it to work. They responded with they are too busy. I have hired a third party coder who has built and managed several affiliate programs and he couldn’t get it to work right.

I will loose my money for the software but it is a small price to pay for wasting another frustrating night trying to get that dismal software to work. Don’t waste your time with this software or this company.
