Our site has been up , we have a double cluster . May be you are blocked from our servers cause your IP is in spam lists . Check before you make such blind accusations .

the servers are connected to a 100mbps Line and we dont monitor or limit any bandwidth through it , most of our clients high end servers average around 200gb a day .

what are your resource limits on VPS? How many accounts per server?

I have websites that are heavier on CPU usage, rather than bandwidth. What limits do you have as far as that goes?

I may seriously consider your offer if I see a reasonable and viable offer...

We assign 0.3 ghz of 8 processors ( total 2.4ghz) on our VPS 200,300 plans , for VPS 400,500 plans you get 0.75 ghz of 8 processors ( total 6 ghz ) and a 1.5 ghz of 8 processors ( total 12 ghz ) on the VPS 600 plan . We host a maximum of 10-15 vps based on the plans the vps run on .

We host the vps on a Dual Quad core Xeon server 2.3 ghz ( Total of 2.3ghz * 8 ) so you get an excellent CPU speed

And your server config isn't all that great. Dual Quad Core with only 4GB of RAM? That thing should have at least 8GB.

My VMWare server at home is a single quad core and it has 8GB of RAM in it.

I am able to access site fine , You must have tried to access it during maintanence.

The server config is the best that is available the server has 8 gigs of ram with the most powerful processor available with dell . More over perfomance depends on the guaranteed RAM allocated to you, no. of customers on server and not the available ram on server.
