WTF Epassporte????

The only thing unusual is that I have not accessed this account in about 1 year. Is this normal?

I've got that too, on one of the guest accounts I made from my main CC verified account. It's been like that for a while, but it's not an account I ever really used, and I'm too scared to contact epass support about it in case it turns into a huge drama and they can me completely. Even though I've done absolutely nothing wrong, I rely on epass too much to risk losing it.

I have had that account since 6/13/2003. I have made a total of 1 transaction. Check that. 2 if you count the 60.00 I loaded into it. WTF..

Oh well, there had to be a reason why I never used them

If I recall they also send out that suspicious activity message and lock any account that is not been used in some time.

PS WTF is up with not being able to EVER remove credit cards from them. They keep they number for life as of right now. Though I am sure they will claim they can not see them yet we all know many of us were required to fax in the front/back plus ID and proof of residence.

Please do you read who is making those posts? Sorry go to ANY bank and have an account for 4 years and not use it then use it and see if they don't get currious.

My main beef with epass is that A) it use to take 2-3 days to transfer money to my bank now it takes a week. B) if a transaction is cancelled for any reason Epass won't put the money back into my account for 30 days unless the other party jumps through some fucking hoops.

Other than that I haven't had any issues with them.

Someone asked why some use epassporte even though they complain.

1. As customers we can bitch.
2. Some of us have no damn choice really, to get some simple shit down like buy content from some people, get programing etc we MUST use epass as the other end takes nothing else.

Went through the same crap with these people. I personally think it is a bogus excuise.
Here are the questions I asked that they would not address.

Then please explain this..........
1). Why was I not sent some sort of notification of epassporte's intention to take action and move my money because it was not used or to check and see if I wanted the account closed?

Epassporte has all my contact information, there is no excise for not contacting me, except that no one gave a rat?s ass and just decided to do what ever they wanted with my money.

3). Where on epassportes web site, does it state monies will be safeguarded if not used within 120 days????

4). Why is it that I have to wait 3 days for epassporte to move the money back? The money should have been transferred to my account when I called.
What is so hard about moving my money back....again...this is not rocket science.

I wish you luck, but I dont think they are going to do anything. You will need to go through the waiting process.

That in itself says a hell of a lot. You should not have to live in fear of rocking the boat of a company that is holding your money.

Can you imagine your bank placing a hold on the funds in your account because you made 13 McDonalds transactions in a month instead of the normal 2 or 3?
