you should know that dicyclomine reduces the body's ability to cool off by sweating. In very high temperatures, dicyclomine can cause fever and heat stroke.

A number of bodybuilders use this to control excessive sweating while on certain compounds. I'd say this would be useful to have in your "arsenal;" for example if you have a date or need to head out and don't want to sweat through your shirt. Just don't go and play football or something in 100F weather after taking it.

I have the perfect solution for you. It's called dycyclomine (a.k.a. Bentyl). It's a prescription drug that is prescribed for IBS. One of the side effects though is that it drastically reduces your ability to sweat. I came across this years ago when I was having horrible night sweats while sick. (seems I get them everytime I'm sick). My doctor said he would prescribe me some 10mg dyclomine. He said just take one before bed and you'll be good. So he gave me 90 with a few refills and said, "that should last you for a while". He was right. If I'm ever going through bouts of night sweats, I just take one of those before bed and I'm good. They are not a controlled substance and have no recreational use, so tell your doc what the problem is and unless he's a dickwad and a dipshit, he'll give you a script. Nothing sucks like wakeing up every 10 minutes soaking wet with sweat. Just tell him you have nightsweats every so often and a friend of yours who has the same problem uses these to help quell the issue.
