You can buy a dedicated server and then get a per/gig plan, but they tend to charge you more in the long run than if you simply buy a capped pipe.

he'll beat "any" price? do they have this guarantee in writing? i can find some pretty cheap places...

You might want to take a look into http://www.dynamichosting.com for dedicated servers, and http://www.gighost.com for virtual accounts. You only pay per gig used, and can get prices as low as $.45 a gig on Level 3 Bandwidth for bulk buys.

If you're interested we offer a couple "programs" for resellers depending on their level of involvement.

The usual is any customer you refer us we handle all interaction with, and you get the full first months revenue for that customer, and 15% of any recurring. Obviously easiest for you, but may not be the most profitable.

The other way is we just give you a per-gig price depending on *all* your referred sites combined, and you mark it up to whatever you want and resell. In this case though, you're billing the customers directly and taking the risk that they may not pay.

We're also open and easy to work with if you have a specific idea. If it makes money, we don't mind trying anything once.
