Well after about 50 phone calls and a sleepless night, I was able to talk to Nick in person.
Basically he says that the servers are in his posession and he has been working around the clock with his new admin to get the stuff up in the new facility. They have been having some problems he admitted regarding the tech aspects of the move but he is confident that it won't be any longer than 12 hours.
For whatever it is worth he said that he is not running away with the servers and that things will be up eventhough he knows allot of us are going to leave him.
Nick also said that it is in his best interest to get his own sites backup too.
According to him allot of the Like Whoa problems stemmed from the split from Stan.
NOTE: I HAVE NEVER MEAT NICK OR STAN AND I DO NOT VOUCHE FOR THE VALIDITY OF NICK'S STATEMENTS.
I know there are allot of ppl out there in the same boat as myself and I am just trying to relay to you what I found out.
