    Traffic for new site

I signed up with sextoysex.com, and with a new domain, I'm finally on the web!

I did this so that I can teach myself how to run a site (I still plan on firing up my other sites, once I get the cash to get some good hosting).

That being said, what effective methods can I do to get traffic going to my site?

    BTW, my site is www.xxxtoymart.com
    www.dating4realz.com
    http://www.xxxtoymart.com

Since you have your domain forwarded directly to your affiliate link, it kind of rules out traditional methods like traffic trades and hardlink swaps. My suggestion to you is to buy traffic. I recommend trafficholder -- see my sig.

    Best of luck

          Thanks avm.

Anyone know how to switch it to where it doesn't go to my affiliate site, but keeps it under my domain name?

Depends on how you've got your domain configured. If you purchased a domain name and have it forwarded to your sponsor, just disable that feature. Lease some virtual hosting space, point the DNS to your new host, upload a website of your own, and you're in business!

go to where you registered/bought the domain, change your 'nameservers' to point to your host
