    Most torrent and tube sites rely on both cp and stolen content.

    90% of torrent and tube sites "most popular videos" have either cp , beast or stolen content. this is what is the difference between YOUTUBE and most of the sites the people here are worried about.
    But then again - the site is not resposible for those post - it?s the community spirit. So most of the people hate your programs - so they post pirated materials! Don?t you get it? You can not accuse the site for influencing the entire community - because the sites don?t influence the community - they are just a tool and platfrom for the community to express it self (remember - freespeech.. ) Now if you want to accuse the community - thats a different question all together.. But lets put it this way - you will never succeed to get 60,000,000 in jail you moron! And you will never ever convince no one that they are thief's - you can convince only your self in your stupid dream world and some of your pathetic buddies in this thread that soon are going to be banned from the consumer community for thier selfish way of thinking

            Soon savvy porn consumers are going to stop sponsoring Xpays/Even/Paris Hilton for destroying freespeech on the internet Its going to happen sooner then later if Even is not going to answer some question that has been posted to him over this thread! and I suggest that he and his buddies would start reading it from the beginning word by word so they don't miss on something..

            I am getting this thread to the press soon and to the knowledge of the entire community tube/torrent sites! but I am really still waiting getting some clarifications from xpays and his buddies

            once this will happen then we will start focusing on xpays business ethics and morals - go in depth to his marketing tactics, productions morals(for this we are going to use some Christian orgs), and try to figure out why he does not respect DMCA principles as a copyright owner/producer

                                                                            The Ugly part of this scenerio is that XPAYS believes AFF is stealing Paris footage when in fact it is not AFF at all, however the content is being used on a video sharing site where AFF ad's appear. The Video Sharing site is a different company all together, different biz model, different money making model.

                                                                            Is it infringement? Thats the question.
                                                                            And I believe that the issue will not be resolved till it makes a court date.
                                                                            This explaines why AFF is not motivated nor mobilised to do a thing. I am sure they are not sweating it they have no reason to do so.

They work hard to be able to thumb their noses at people (see the legal comments and email answers on piratebay).

                                                                                                                            However, a company like AFF, knowing that a larger percentage (if not all) of the content listed on a torrent site is either ( a ) copyright violation, ( b ) CP, or ( c ) used without permission should have the brains to stop sending money for advertising on the site, especially when notified by the copyright holders. In my opinion, in a court of law, they would have a very hard time justifying NOT taking action to remove their ads from these sites. Further, if it is shown that company principals specifically pre-paid to be on sites, then they may be in double deep.

                                                                                                                            Remove the money, and most torrent sites will disappear over night. They aren't a "social statment", just another way for people to make money by stealing from others.

None of this has anything to do with principal but more so a singling out when the vast majority of Affiliate programs are profiting from the very same sources.

                                                                                                                                                    When content producers start going after users (like the RIAA did) that's when the torrents fight to stay in business.

                                                                                                                                                        On the offending sites discussed in this thread, AFF is often the primary or main sponsor on the pages. Sometimes they are the sole and unique sponsor on the page. They are also one of the most aggressive non-porn companies attempting to get their stuff on adult websites. Please consider the volume of advertising and promotion that they do n this and other boards, in porn industry magazines, etc.

                                                                                                                                                        There is in reality about a half a dozen main companies that appear in varying combinations on the offending sites. AFF, Etology, Auctionads, Adbrite... it is rare to find an adult porn company advertising directly on these sites.

                                                                                                                                                        It is important to understand also that pretty much without exception, the companies that are running advertising on these sites are NOT content producers and have nothing to lose by supporting theft. In reality, they profit from the theft, because it generates the traffic they are getting from these sites.

                                                                                                                                                        I have had a few people say "all affiliate programs take torrent traffic" but my investigating of these sites shows otherwise. Some sites appear on a fairly random basis via etology and adbrite ads, some sites and companies I am sure are buying these ads directly, but the numbers are fairly small.

                                                                                                                                                        Remove those four companies from the mix, and the Torrent sites would be sucking air in a hurry. Look at how many bogus fake nick complainers showed up over the weekend after Fleshlight pulled the plug. That was one smaller sponsor - imagine the effects of losing an AFF or the other ad space programs.

                                                                                                                                                        Remember Fusker? They went away when they stopped being able to make money. Remove the money, remove the scum.
