    true "DVD quality" ...what is it?

    If you were going to (correctly) claim to have DVD quality videos in a member's area, what would the specs on them be? Sizes and bitrates? Is there a standard? Inquiring minds want to know.

              When you convert the NTSC DVD video (aspect ratio of 4:3 with a pixel aspect ratio of 10:11) to square pixels (with a pixel aspect ratio 1:1) for computer screen display the frame size should actually be 640x 480 on your final output like wmv or mpeg or whatever.
