You are right, some sponsors are like you described earlier but those are only thinking to short term profit because the people will see that they sell bullshit and will move to other sponsors

Good Rant, We try to accomodate all affiliates and we are growing at a steady paste and If there is something we don't have no bull shit we try and get it for you! It takes alot of commitment to own and run a program and some of us are up to the task!

good programs dont need to give you the house to make money. Real programs do not rely on a ton of webmasters to maybe send sales. I like the programs that have thousands of galleries and they all suck shit.

Partnering with people in this industry guarantees success. A sales force of thousands (the partners), theoretically will outsell all of our staff combined in the long run. So a good balance is to work for yourself, and work for your partners (as in making tools, giving the edge, new content, etc etc.) is a good recipe.

But what do I know. I'm sitting on a lawn chair :P LOL j/k

I don't think there is anything wrong with using the same content across a handful of galleries IF you change the gallery template to make it look somewhat different. And if the content converts, you shouldn't care either. A LOT of programs do this, and often it is because webmasters demand more and more galleries from them, often, more than they have content in the members areas.

Just my 2 cents.

Agreed. No need to give a webmaster every single bit if content you have, so they can give it away for free. That is exactly what is wrong with the industry.

If you know your market, know your traffic and understand what it is you are selling, you can CLEAN HOUSE with just a few zipped sets of content. I've seen it done and do it myself.
