In the ghetto, crack dealers/negros are buying old 80's sedans, jacking them UP and throwing 28" rims on them. Then they get crazy murals and cereal logo's, cartoon characters painted on with glittery bassboat paint.

I've seen a bunch of these around town (WAY up north) and wondered what the fuck it was all about. They were all late 80's Chevy Caprices. Crazy stuff.
