                                                                    Everyone should have been in the room or no one. Or at least someone not competing for such expensive prizes.

                                                                    All contestants should have had a decision in selecting the judges so everyone would have agreed in advance and there would be no issues.

                                                                                        AMP - friendly advice... let it go, man. You don't need to prove anything to anyone. You made a kick ass design and won the contest. Simple as that. Anyone who says your design wasn't worthy of consideration is crazy. I'm not saying it was definitely the best (even though I liked it the best), but surely people can understand how other people (ahem, like the judges) could consider it the best.

                                                                                        I am sure this contest was not rigged, as are 95% of the people reading this thread. As for the other 5%, who cares what they think? Let it go. I see no reason for you to waste your time defending yourself.

                                                                                        Hypo - I apologize if I'm mixed up (there's been a lot to read), but you designed the site with the two different tours, right? The one with all your own art? Great site man - you are very talented - but it wasn't the best. Top 10, yes. Top 5, maybe. But not the best. Your conspiracy theories are making you sound like a major sore loser. Your talents are enough that you will go far in this business, even without winning the contest... Let it go.

                                                                                                                                                                                            Here is an idea for future showdowns to make the vote more fair. How about giving a few dozen logins out to known GFY posters and having them submit their votes through a system where they can review ALL the tours and THEN give their 1-10 rating. I didn't like how I had to rate a tour on a 1-10 scale in comparrision to other tours without being able to see them first. This system won't allow everyone to vote but people who are known in the GFY community (at least as real people on not fake personalities) and will keep everyone from getting all their friends on their computers voting for them.

                                                                                                                                                                                                in the beginng of the contest the wnners had numbers in the high 6's yet with more people voting the high scores dropped to the 5's range [due to score dilution by other cheaters, the score in a fair poll would rise.] BEFORE I set out to and proceeded to SKEW the results which still stand. So that part was crooked for sure.
