Tools--- Internet Options---- Programs--- Reset Web Settings... you will have to change your homepage back afterwards.

You can also edit the registry to fix the problem.

bdjuf , it`s should be some spyware/adware , let me recommend you Spy Sweeper from webroot , I tried a lot of such software , but this looks like the best , here is link for trial version for you http://www.tucows.co.il/preview/305123.html
