This information cannot be dangerous - as she says - no human being can lie without showing it unconsciously. If someone masks it using one of the indicators she has shown, it will manifest in other ways.
Plus, if you are completely honest with yourself, then it becomes irrelevant if anyone lies to you. Your life, your responsiiblity. The liars problem, not yours. Self awareness - also helps you to understand your own emotions and how you express them, and therefore recognise these emotions in others - lying included. Begin with yourself.
