Moniker === High Risk Merchant... according to B of A

Fucking idiots @ Bank of America - blocked one of my business cards because they said that Moniker = High Risk Merchant - because of auto-rebilling

so... they are loosing the balance of the business that I have with him - fucking idiots..

Oddly enough I was talking to the "small business specialist" at my local BoA office and he said BoA sucks because anything you try to do they ignore/don't care. BoA is so large that they don't have to care or try or take risks that they might of took 5-10 years ago. in other words they are large enough so that they can ignore alot of things smaller banks would love to take a risk/do.

Thats probably because you have a personal account with less than $10K in it - they treat you guys like gold - 24/7 support

Platinum business account hours are 6am to 6pm monday - friday - evenings and weekends your shit out of luck to get any assistance..

They do not treat business accounts with respect..

Local banks are the only way to go IMO. I have a friendly little local bank who is always very fair and reasonable with me. When I walk in they know my name, ask about my family and if I have the dog with me they send out a treat for her. Not to mention that when the big banks wouldn't approve me for a loan, the small bank did just because the family has been banking there for over 50 years.

I have a personal platinum acct with over $10k and have been treated well for the past 11 years or so wtih them....not the greatest bank tho so I feel you when it comes to the biz side.....f-em and move on but again, it sucks to have to even deal wtih the BS eh!!!
