      I've been receiving about 15 of these messages a day... I haven't been trying to add anyone to my list let alone 15 a day... I haven't clicked on them either. Hopefully they stop soon, getting annoying...

          I haven't used ICQ in quite some time now. Worthless is what it is. Skype or email works fine for me.

                  Nope.. I just get a little pop up that says someone declined the add and then it vanishes. Dont have to close it or anything.

                              I use to get those all the time before I switched to Miranda IM years ago and started using this plugin. Ever since then I haven't received one spam message/authorize request.

                                  i've been using skype for about a year now...is it spam when you get a call and it says "notification" ? sorry to be such a newb about it. i dont answer when i see those because it isnt from a contact and i thought it was spam

                                              Looks like ICQ may have a hole where someone can send a decline without the recipient ever having done a matching request? Hopefully they fix that soon.

                                                                          I've completely stopped using ICQ/ADIUM, all of it. Complete shit. Not to mention that 90% of the people on my ICQ now are even in adult anymore. Now I have only iChat and Skype.
