Yea, it's a mess and getting worse. My GFs brother lives in the flood zone and we had to make an emergency run there the other day before the water came, to deliver water / food (local stores sold out) and take his truck and bikes, so they wouldn't get flooded.
All the parking garages in the city are full, as are most higher ground parking lots. They expect 4 - 6 more weeks of flooding.
