Hosting: needing small package (any specials?)

I just bought a site, here's spec

bandwidth: average 10mbps but max's at 25mbps
Currently using only 50 gig storage (i'd like room for growth)
and suggest at least 4 gig RAM

Note: seller says "a dual core would probably be best, or even quad core depending on price. centos is what we use"

For this small hosting package, anyone have any idea what would be best solution? Looking for something decent, good value. Thanks

What kind of budget do you have? Do you need management? Do you need a control panel?

No control panel needed, fully managed is preferred

budget, whatever it takes to host this 1 site I've been getting quotes for packages with like 50mbps, 100+ etc, but obviously with the specs I put, that is way too much than is needed for now

Take a look here, hosting plans MVPS3 and MVPS4 (check VPS plans just in case) are more than what you're asking for and the price is very good. Being one of the most reputable hosting companies in the world with an extremely fast support doesn't hurt either

I can get the RAM upgraded for a small amount on any of our starter dedicated packages.

They all come with 10Mbit burstable. If you are consistently going over we can work out a good deal on the bandwidth.

cPanel costs $35 dollars per month? that's $420 a year. why?

well i found out why - the license is $425 a year per server.
