I need a good hosting

Hello,

I need an advice, i want to start a new site by using Smart Thumbs and their conditions for the server are the followings:

Linux/Unix like operating system
PHP 4.2.3 or higher
register_globals set ON
GD library version 2 or higher
Zend optimizer
ImageMagick
Mysql database
FTP access for install
Crontab for scheduling

Please recommend me something.

By the way , i advice everybody NOT TO USE : pchighway.com or ukoshost.com
