Don't forget the onions. About 50% of the burger as I recall. But you can not put White Castle in the same category as In n Out. White Castle is for when you are drunk. All the onions in them will help clean you out the next day.
In other words, it serves a purpose. I can't really say the same for In n Out. Their fans are the Apple fanbois of the hamburger world.

I don't even wait to go home and eat them, I like them steaming hot and just eat them in the parking lot. If your wondering why I don't sit inside WC and eat them, because the food is cheap you get a lot of trouble makers there...especially in the Bronx.

5 Guys is SHIT, at least here in Montreal. It costs almost $15.00 for a Cheeseburger, fries and a coke that to me tastes the same as LaFleurs which costs about $7.00 (and is just as bad). I really don't understand the appeal at all. It's noisy as fuck (the cooks, cashiers, fry makers) and have Chom's "Electric Lunch hour" on a 24/7 loop.
MEL's in LA however is great. Amazing food, cool place, great service. (Cheeseburger and a Milkshake - Yum fucking yum).Comment

But I'd rather have a medium original from Schlotzsky's over any hamburger.
