getting denials today and past few days with no notifications what so ever....just happen to login to admin and see form submissions but no denial reasons or denial emails, anyone else experience the same?

Just to be clear there have been some denial emails but there have been several denials where there have been no emails sent so do they cherry pic the denial emails or are we suppose to get every denial email

Kind of disturbing to have to log in to admin to find out there are denials that have happened today
