I guess they are to some, but not to me. Almost all of the hundred plus models/performers that I have hired have been great to work with, and were quite professional.
I can count the number of bad experiences I've had on one hand. I would venture to say that a person in the industry that thinks women are just meat, has that same attitude towards women outside of the industry.
