Do not just go by the brand go by the brand and exact model. Personally I am partial to a good wireless-N router which can take third party firmware such as dd-wrt or tomato. Just because something is $175 doesn't mean it's really better than the other one by a different company for $60. It all depends. Choose a model which looks good and ask a techie type for their opinion.
