It's all about common courtesy. Even people that don't use blinkers when changing lanes piss me off a bit. I've started flashing my brights at them.

Ugh this thread just got me all aggravated thinking about the time I've wasted dealing with these things!

I also hate it when the person has used the last roll of toilet paper *and* not replaced the stockpile under the bathroom sink. So not only am I stuck on the toilet with no paper, but I have to summon help from elsewhere in the house.
