An amputated leg can still hurt even after it isn't there any more. Plus the join between the body and the prosthetic wears and isn't like having a real leg you still have to take it easy or go through a cycle of having more and more work done. I'd stick with the drugs and a real working but hurting leg and carry one being a cunt.
