We are feeling as though this is the start of the run-around. Do you not recognize Paris Hilton in the scene images from the rude.com screencap that was posted on gfy and attached to my previous email?

XPays' position is that AFF is not an ISP. I sent over enough info and expect AFF to take swift action per your posts about not tolerating copyright infringement.

What we want to hear and see is that you disabled the email confirmations that precede the notice of cancelled affiliates so that you are not using protected content to gain new customers & that you have shutdown the rude.com infringer. The former is the pornorip.net issue of course.

it is the answer I have gotten as well. Everything gets refered to the lawyers, and they have a standard policy of "prove to me it is illegal or our ads stay there".

AFF- you can disable the banners on pornorip.net so as not to continue to brand your company using our copyrighted content. you should be able to disable the banners remotely according to our techs. the script that controls banners.adultfriendfinder could easily be updated. it is not like pornorip is hosting the banner.

so you disabled the affiliate links in the email and to download the video- but you are still using our content to brand away!

Surely- it would be nice to get some real communication established so that our confidence in their intent is firmed up. Plain and simple, XPays is not asking for partial compliance. Any sponsor commercially competing unfairly with us for content that we have significant rights is expected to fully comply. It's one title, albeit the best seller of the century and probably ever. Evan, will be doing my usual weekend audit of private torrent trackers this weekend as always for my content, this time will make a note and grab screenshots of the Paris torrents along w/ the accompanying ads from AFF and FleshLight for you... post them here or email to you..?

Yes- that is a plethora of infringement and unfair competition for sure Brujah. We have been approached by several tube sites to partner with them but chose to decline their proposals. Streaming the video Exclusively at http://HotelHeiress.com via http://XPays.com is a multi-million dollar business model that works. We have no interest at this time diluting our rights.

No problem. If you just run a Google search for "One night in paris torrent" or "one night in paris torrents", you'll find a bunch more. Some using Fling, some using Aff.
