No, it really isn't. As a matter of fact, Neighborhoods in North Philly like the one in this video are becoming increasingly gentrified. Areas of Fishtown and Port Richmond, even Kensington, are a lot nicer than they were just ten years ago. The only problem is that with gentrification the lowlifes just shift from one neighborhood to another. They're moving out to parts of the Northeast and Montgomery county that used to be nice.Comment
