Does it matter if it's 1 recurring payment to come next month, or a left over balance that never made the minimum payment, a thousand dollars, one dollar...1 person, 10 people, etc.?
Stealing a dollar or stealing a million dollars is still stealing. So, to say this is a non-issue or nothing, is just wrong.
