    Converting video to Mobile formats

    Two questions -

    1) Is there a single video format that will play on all mobile devices (I'm very confused about M4V, MP4, 3GP, etc)

    2) What's the best program to batch convert a boatload of WMV files

mostly 3gp and avi, mp4 on newer devices. But is better if you render for each device. Obviously windows mobile plays wmv so detect the phone browser and provide video content accordingly.
