The 4/3 sensor isn't that much smaller as a Red s35 sensor... but of course the image processing in the Red is much better.

And I agree that 60mbs is overkill for the web today but with everything I shoot I keep the future in mind. I'm now streaming my full HD videos at 960 x 540 resolution and in 2 years I will start adding them in full HD resolution so past members have a reason to return. Then who knows what's possible in 5 years from now? It would make sense to start shooting in the new 4K resolution, stream now in HD of full HD and stream again in full resolution in a few years from now. And I may start doing Blu Ray DVDs.

The camera on top of my wish list is the Arri Alexa by the way. Check out samples on www.vimeo.com is is awesome and has the best light dynamic range imaginable.
