Yes, we all know ccbill has been around forever and is the least likely to vanish. But the ratios are horrible, for whatever reason. I'd rather make twice as much with a non-ccbill sponsor and have them (maybe) bail on me suddenly one day pocketing a couple checks of mine than make half of what I could be for years on end.

Are you 100% sure your affiliate code (or however affiliate sales are tracked) was used in the signup form?
