Why would all the content providers on APICs list stick with them if they got it wrong as many times as you IMAGINE they do?

APIC would have closed down long ago if they were "web pussy" beating up lots of innocent webmasters and only occaisionally getting one here or there. He probably closes down more illegal sites than anyone else on the net.
