Well, you can sort of fake it with a video cam by opening it up all the way, zooming up all the way, and placing the girl in a position with the background far in the distance.
But to do what he is doing on that vid...you would need one of the DSLR's (like the Canon 5 Mk2?)
But the problem with shooting with a DSLR is keeping it in focus. Check out the vid on Naughty Americas new "Tonights Girlfriend" and you'll see what I'm talking about

That's why I was saying that there are some new dedicated vid cams that can get that same effect without the focus issues that you can plainly see in that Naughty America vid.
