    How do i upload a backup to my iphone?

    I just upgraded to 5 and all my apps stopped working.
    I know it backed it up before the upgrade. How do i get that back?

                      right click on the iphone in itunes, and select restore from backup.. make sure you have a ton of space available, or it's gonna stop during the restore process.
                      advice better late than never..
