The ricin cig got lifted by Huel when Jessie went to see the lawyer (as per Walt's plan). That's why Huel was frisking Jessie for the first time ever....
Gus didn't trust anyone or anything. People like that seem to have a sixth sense because they walk away from danger... they also seem nuts because they walk away a lot even when there is no danger. That's why walt and hector had to bring in the DEA visit and go to such extremes to flush Gus out. Anger over hector seeing the DEA and lust for wanting him dead was enough to make Gus less careful than he usually was...
Show was brilliant.

Brilliant show, and last nights finale was awesome... down to the last scene when they panned in on what was growing in Walts garden. My guess is that Season 5 will end with Hank figuring out that Walt is Heisenberg around the time Walt is close to death (cancer) but letting him spend the last couple of months he has with his family by his side rather than expose him. Hank still gets the closure he's after...
Not sure what happens to Jesse... or Mike!
Maybe Walt Jr will have a chance to do more than eat breakfast in Season 5 as well!
