Content may be king, but the design of that site just seems so... blurry. Not to mention piss-poor effort on the "create desirability" front.
Also, "ladies". "Ladys" just makes me feel like I enter my cc info = 10 minutes later my shit goes up for sale on some russian carder site.

I used a Free TGP template.
Most of the work was rendering the Photosets and HD videos.
Designers can do much better i am sure i tried to hire some of them but 800 dollars for a simpel header made me decide not to waste any time with those design hippies again.
last year takes many hours to render a single HD video tho.Comment

Russian Campus Girls - Well, not really a flop, as it at least paid the design and content and I made something like 1.5k on top. However, probably a waste of content to make an AVS site with it.
Russian Cam Babes - I re-vamped the site a couple of times and sent a lot of targeted traffic from my other Russian sites... It's just that I can do what I want, I'm unable to convert cam sites.
Euro Hardcore Teens - Was never able to push this TGP to any decent traffic level, so it's pretty much on auto pilot now.Comment

Hey, everyone has to start learning somewhere! Good try for a first effort. A few good points raised though:
1) Things like proper grammar and punctuation (and the lack thereof) can affect your credibility. Proofread carefully! If English is not your native language, get a native English speaker to review your text before you publish.
2) Make sure that your CSS is cross-browser compatible. I see a huge purple block at the top of the main page, and I'm running Safari.
3) Again with the CSS, some of the fonts are off.
