At the end of the day, we all live in this world together & obviously there are lots of people that want to be in this business for many reasons. Some just to get the kick, others for the status of saying they are in porn. I feel that as a producer, there is no need at anytime for touching between producer & the staff unless said producer is involved, i.e pov scenes....
I'm in the business to make a good living, a business for my partner and I, making a prosperous business for models to earn a decent income & give affiliates sites with content, able to make a decent earning from them also.. It's important to get the content right, but no need to touch the models.
