This thread is creepy. I guess I went to three different conferences in Europe and must have been going to different webmaster shows all year. There has always been and always will be good and bad at any event, regardless of industry. I don't know who you've been spending time with, but the hundreds of professionals I spent time with were respectful to everyone in their presence. It is only second hand stories like this which characterize "everyone" or anyone as skanky pervs trying to get laid.
