The books I suggest are by people, who are qualified by training and experience to write about photography and lighting.
I would suggest people get their knowledge from sources such as those and not someone who has had no training, does not read books, does not know you can change lenses on a DSLR, has no idea what an editing program does, who thinking he knows everything.

You don't think the guy who repeatedly states that he's not a photographer should be telling actual photographers how to light a set for a shoot?
Whats next? You gonna start saying that the guy who's never managed traffic or ran a successful pay site shouldn't be lecturing others on how to manage traffic or make their pay sites better?
