There was not advice on "lighting", there was how to light one shot. Blast it with flat light from the front.

The books I suggest are by people, who are qualified by training and experience to write about photography and lighting.

I would suggest people get their knowledge from sources such as those and not someone who has had no training, does not read books, does not know you can change lenses on a DSLR, has no idea what an editing program does, who thinking he knows everything.
