The definition of "pornography" is gray. Further, you can get legal clearance (an actual permit) if you can show what you are producing has some artistic merit in which case it falls under the definition of "erotica".

You were going to fly girls who were working in Russia on webcams, in permanent studios. To Prague at a cost of $300 to $400 each and I assume someone would come with them. So total $1,000 for a week.
You were then going to put them up in a hotel. Let's say really cheap 2 rooms $100 a night for 6 nights $600.
Add a bit for food, you would feed them wouldn't you. $100.
Then rent a car to get from the hotel to the studio or go by taxi? $100
So we could shoot inexpensive sets of them. 25-30 which the minimum we would charge would be $200 a set. That would not of been on one of our good digital cameras and not with me, Eva or Katka because we are to good to waste time on this work. not being snotty, but all three of s would be shooting sets way above the value of $200 a piece.
Sets $5,000 to $6,000
Travel, accommodation, etc. $1800.
Total cost to you $7,800 for 30 sets = $260 a set.
And you could get a license to shoot in Moscow as "erotica".

I had my own reasons for wanting to shoot content outside of Russia for that project. Tickets were cheap and renting an apartment in Brno was cheap. Visas were easy. Shooting was cheap. Its not more complicated than that. At the time (2004) wages were still higher than in Russia, more girls in CZ had fast connections than in Russia and studios in CZ were already falling apart due to that fact, so there is no logical reason to try to start a studio in a place where it was clear had no future in that respect.
You can keep trying to spin things to make it sound like you turned me away because you're just so super and can afford to be picky. less than 2 years later you were on this forum begging for money, so I don't think anyone is believing that besides you.
You sit here and pose questions because its the only way you can deflect attention from the fact that we met you, thought you were unstable, and pain in the ass, thought your studio was a filthy rats nest and did not believe you had the business acumen to actually last much longer, much less be a fitting long term partner to meet our needs.

There was not advice on "lighting", there was how to light one shot. Blast it with flat light from the front.
The books I suggest are by people, who are qualified by training and experience to write about photography and lighting.
I would suggest people get their knowledge from sources such as those and not someone who has had no training, does not read books, does not know you can change lenses on a DSLR, has no idea what an editing program does, who thinking he knows everything.Comment

Styles change but not the methods and techniques. All the flags and gobos are still in use. Same lamps but with newer bulbs. The basis of lighting and photography is physics and that has not changed.
They are still in use on every film set in the world, very few DOPs ever wrote books about lighting, that is the best that I have come across.

Lighting for porn is so elementary, unless it's for an Artistic level, the need for a book is 0. These books will confuse you rather than anything else.
You need to know how light works. How it can be controlled and getting a light meter.
Then testing shots on the laptop or computer.
