While affiliates are doing their absolute best to make sure the girls porn content gets seen by the world. Shooters are in studios shooting them and trying to get the girls best from them to ensure the affiliates hard work produces results. Of course affiliates who insist on promoting girls who are working how they want to and well withing their cocoons are welcome to choose those sites.
For shooters working for a more demanding audience, here's how I sort the wheat from the chaff on a casting.
Greeting the the girls as they arrive properly is essential. Walk up to them with a friendly smile, introduce yourself, thank her for coming and ask her if she would like refreshments. This is the part of any meeting that makes or breaks you. Not just a casting, any meeting.
Sit them down and explain what happens today. Then show them my work, often in the location we were sitting or with my name on. It established me as a professional. Then tell them more about what I do, who I do it for, how I do it and that they would get paid according to the work done. At the end they can ask questions and welcome to ask as the chat goes along.
Plus things like 2257. And at the end we would be doing some nude test shots, if she brought her ID she would be paid for. If not, then not paid as I can't sell it. Still I needed to see what she could do.
I said I needed girls to work a hard so we sell the work. Then answer any questions she has. Then ask her what she wanted to do.
All the time I'm assessing the girl to see how she needs to be managed and how to bring the best out of her, or how to tell her gently that she had better go home and think of another way of earning money.
If she chose to do work I could sell of her, she got to take her kit off. If not she got told I couldn't sell her doing that. Had some of the craziest girls turn up. Plump or flat chested girls who want to be lingerie models. Drug addicts who would do anything. Really plain girls who would do anything, but I could never sell. The worse were the bossy aggressive types who would try to dominate me. If they were ugly, telling them to go home was like taking my life into my own hands.
All the time I was assessing her I was letting her see who I was. I wasn't the touchy feely type who wouldn't do up her bra. I was a cheeky, flirty and sexy guy who was totally up front about it. I also made sure they knew they were there to work or not to bother.
For the video work they often watched the videos I shot. I pulled no punches.
Then into the studio, kit off, take some pics, tell them to put their kit back on and book them. Telling them to confirm the day before.
If the girl didn't like it I was bright enough to spot it and tell them I don't spend tons of money to take advantage of them physically. I do however need them to work hard at being sexy and sensual.
Sometimes the girls didn't phone, good I don't want to work with her. It happened too few times to worry about. Sometimes a girl actually asked me if she would have to fuck me to get work. I replied with a joke,. "Sorry no, wait till you get home and let the BF do it." Done as a joke it works. Most of the time professional enough to show I was doing this for them money and enjoyed it.
I could do it this way, because I knew. My big head was always in charge of the little head when their was money at stake.
When shooting I often said many an outrageous thing that in a bar would get my face slapped, but in a porn studio, shooting a porn model for porn. Seemed to work so well my hit rate at the good magazines ran at 90%. A good hit rate. I sold
everything I shot. Luckily there were mags who would take anything I shot. They were later replaced by Internet sites. If it were cheap enough the number of sales were fantastic.
If I was only working for online. I coud of turned out a level much lower than magazines demanded. So long as the price was right. Which has cost you guys a fortune over the years. you all know the great sites that convert and you're bright enough to know why they convert so well.
They have guys like me pushing girls to put themselves at the edge and not going through some tired routine they've done a 100 times before.
And before some US and UK shooter jumps in and tells me "You try doing that with US/UK girls today." Well fine, tell the girls to fuck off, because members want them to do what members need, not what they condescend to do. Put them out of work and they'll be doing anything required or swiping your shopping on the check out at Ralphs or Tescos.
It's a tough game today, get tough or get out.
All the above had to be doe with a smile and never forced on the girl. The members force it on sponsors, the force it on shooters. Shooters find girls who don't need forcing.
