No never shot it. Way out of my league.
However you have to recognise these shots for what they are and there place in the porn market.
I suspect and please correct me if I'm wrong, they're "Calender shots". These are one off pictures, they take hours to set up, used to cost more in Polaroid film than online guys would ever spend and sold for prices that would make you drop.

It's why, while walking across Charles Bridge in Prague, a few weeks ago I saw a crew doing some stills photography. There was a shooter, his assistant, another one holding a reflector, 1 model being shot, another 2 waiting to be shot, a make up girl and a stylist. He was shooting into the silver reflector with a big hammer head on camera flash and him and his assistant were looking at the shots one by one on the lap top and adjusting everything.

This is magazine set photography. Nothing to do with what Jimmy posted. Odds are the shooter who did that couldn't do what I do and I can't do what he does. Well neither of us do it well. The common link between us is the camera.
