She had saline "expanders". That is the only kind that are still made (thank you U.S. govt.) that are bigger than 800 cc
That's why you see so few new girls with giant fake tits anymore.
We pretty much searched the world over (and I'm not kidding) and finally found a doctor who had some "new old stock" silicone implants that are 2500cc
So...the difference between saline and silicone (besides aesthetics, durability, and soft feel) is that when you put in saline ones, you place an empty bag in and then "blow it up" with water. With a silicone implant you have to have a proper sized "pocket" because it is already "filled up".
So she had to have 3 operations to make it happen. First they removed the old saline expanders she had. Then we let that heal for a few months (and shot a series funny vids called "Operation Implant Hunt"). Then new bigger saline expanders were placed and slowly filled over 3 months to create a pocket of large enough size to place the silicone implants.
Then FINALLY...on Sept 21st we had the silicone implants placed.
It's been a long process (almost all of 2011) and the cost was around $100,000 totalling in everything (expanders, the implants, and the surgeries to do them, travel, hotels, etc.)
But silicone implants like these can last a lifetime. The problem with saline (other than the fact that they are hard as rocks) is that the bags "crinkle" and then they tend to wear over time. And all it takes is a pin-sized tiny hole to "deflate" them (because they are filled with water). Silicone implants will not leak through a tiny hole like that.
Every plastic surgeon I've talked to over the years has said the same thing: They MUCH prefer silicone implants over the saline ones. And I've yet to meet even one doctor who put any credence into the claims that silicone implants caused any disease in women (as was claimed back in the early 1990's which led to the FDA banning all silicone implants for a few years).
Anyway, that's the story. And the finished product is just amazing. They are as so soft that you wouldn't believe they are implants (well, except for the freakishly large size), and she has great tits anyway...so they look beautiful. Perfect shaped, perfect "hang".
