They are awesome. We got one of the last sets of silicone implants made at this size in the world (all the big tit implant girls now have either string or saline). They are soft as bread dough. Just totally magnificent. I have a few pics of her since the new ones went in (Sept. 23rd) on her blog (we haven't shot them yet because she's still healing up) The posts from Sept. 28th forward are with the new ones:
